Our approach:

The Bailey Group’s Executive Coaching process includes the following:

  1. Inital discovery interview
  2. Objective assessment of leadership strengths, weaknesses, and challenges
  3. Development goal setting and action planning
  4. Bi-monthly 1:1 coaching sessions
  5. Meetings with you and your leader at the beginning, middle, and end of the process to ascertain alignment around goals and assess progress along the way
  6. Evaluation of goal achievement and identification of next steps
