Bill Lundberg is a seasoned executive and an active board member for multiple organizations. In his former roles as president of City Carton Recycling and president and COO of Roscoe Steel & Culvert, Lundberg affected significant and necessary change, turning around the productivity and profitability of City Carton Recycling and preparing for Roscoe Steel & Culvert to be sold for the benefit of its owners. Prior to those roles, Lundberg held multiple leadership positions at Cargill. His success has been built on continuous learning and challenging the status quo, and that approach is central to what he brings to his CEO clients at The Bailey Group. He challenges fellow CEOs to stay focused on the important but not urgent and to ensure they spend the bulk of their time working on the business, not in the business.
