Before joining The Bailey Group in 2021, Ann held leadership roles at renowned Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, General Mills, and Medtronic. Her passion for coaching was sparked during her tenure at Medtronic, where she served as VP of HR for a $6B global business. It was there that she was trained as a coach for high-potential employees, which ultimately shaped her career path.
Ann specializes in coaching C-suite executives through strategic challenges, helping them balance visionary leadership with the demands of daily operations. Her coaching philosophy focuses on leadership development, board relationships, succession planning, and talent development, while emphasizing personal values, mindfulness, and self-care.
