About the Role

As a Senior Executive Coach & Consultant for The Bailey Group, you will play a critical role in the organization, and every day will bring a combination of coaching, relationship-building, business development, networking, thought leadership, strategy, and leading/mentoring colleagues. You will deploy your superb EQ skills to ensure that our clients are thrilled with our high-touch engagement, knowledge of their organizations, and thought leadership applied specifically to their needs. You will be collaborating daily with a dynamic and engaged team, with the support of a top-notch operations team that allows you to spend your valuable time in your “sweet spots” of coaching, client engagement and strategic growth. You will be working closely with colleagues who “practice what we preach,” have fun working together, and work hard every day to be the best leaders we can be for ourselves and each other.

Your success in the role will expand the impact we make in creating better work environments for everyone, while growing your own book of business and experience working with C-suite executives and senior leaders in high-performing organizations across the country and the globe.

This position can be 100% remote. TBG is adept at creating a culture of belonging for our entire team, and this includes our remote team members. If you care about helping organizations flourish, you will be included as a valued member wherever you are located.

We have a broad compensation range for this position, starting at $100k. The exact compensation will be determined in part based on the revenue that this team member originates.

The Bailey Group intends to implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in the next several years. When this plan is in place, team members may have the opportunity to own an equity share in The Bailey Group.


What We Need from You

Our work in leadership development requires a commitment to enabling individuals and teams to show up at their best and perform at the highest levels. The candidate who joins our growing team will have:

Experience: At least 7 years of professional coaching experience; psychology, counseling or industrial/organizational background, and demonstrated interest in continuous learning.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree a plus.

Skills: You must be a strong relationship builder, active listener, adept communicator (both verbally and in writing), collaborative team player, initiative taker, and strategic thinker.

Characteristics: A successful Senior Executive Coach & Consultant at TBG is trustworthy, agile, able to hold others accountable, resilient in the face of challenge, open-minded, growth-oriented, curious, self-aware, and has a passion for continuously learning about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Reputation: TBG places an emphasis on meeting our clients where they are at. You must have a positive reputation in the marketplace, a demonstrated ability to establish trust with prospects and clients, and an ability to build and nurture relationships.

Current Impact: We are looking for a team member who is already having an impact helping organizations flourish. While impact can be measured in several ways, we are specifically seeking someone who is delivering at least $100k in service to their current clients and would like to continue to serve those clients as a member of The Bailey Group team.

As The Bailey Group’s next Senior Executive Coach & Consultant, you will have the ability to plug into an organization primed to propel you to maximize your impact on our communities and in the world. Leverage our infrastructure, resources and collaborative work environment to grow your book of business, hone your coaching and consulting skills, build meaningful relationships with esteemed client organizations, and focus on your zone of genius.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver an unparalleled executive coaching and consulting experience.
  • Engage key stakeholders within client organizations and discern opportunities for them to grow leadership capabilities, align their teams, and transform their organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, their needs, and their challenges, and act as a strategic partner to propose ways to deepen the partnership and make a broader impact.
  • Cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and translate prospective client needs into business solutions aligned with TBG’s robust product offerings.
  • Create and execute annual and monthly sales plans designed to achieve revenue generation goals to be a key player in the growth and sustainability of TBG.
  • Continuously learn. We believe, as a growing organization, it is important our people continue to learn and grow. Read, learn, absorb, grow and use your growth to inspire and catalyze growth for your TBG colleagues and clients.
