Meet Mike
Mike is an executive coach who was an accomplished operating executive with over 20 years in executive leadership positions in the financial services, technology, technology services and business services industries. In his roles, Mike had responsibility for the business strategy, sales, marketing, customer service, technology and operations functions along with full P&L responsibility.
This experience gives Mike a high degree of credibility with his clients. Mike has “walked in the shoes” of senior leaders understands the dynamic environments they face and the challenges that go along with their positions. Mike works with his clients to accelerate the development of critical leadership behaviors. Growing these leadership behaviors provides them an opportunity to have greater influence in the organization and have greater impact on the success of their organizations.
