Suz has more than 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, team/group effectiveness, change management, organizational design/succession, and talent management in medium and large organizations, with over 16 years as a HR leader in a Fortune 50 company. Suz integrates her practice as an attorney and her business acumen to create a differentiated experience involving deep exploration of multiple perspectives.
