Kim brings over 20 years of experience in pre-hire assessment to The Bailey Group and their clients. Assessment for leadership development, executive coaching, and career management round out her areas of expertise. She has worked as a Selection Assessment Consultant for corporations and international management consulting firms. Kim has also worked in higher education, corporate recruiting, executive search, and private practice. For each client engagement, Kim combines her doctoral training in Psychology with her extensive career history, to help people determine their specific leadership challenges, growth edges, and workable solutions. Her clients appreciate her interpersonal warmth, her investment in listening carefully, and her dedication to asking the right questions and brainstorming with them, to move them forward to achieve their professional and personal goals.
