Meet Tim
Tim Bot uses his years as a certified executive coach together with over 25 years as an HR leader in both small, high growth firms and established Fortune 200 companies to assist clients in achieving desired behaviors and results. His business curiosity and understanding of organizational dynamics assist in his work across multiple industries, including: medical device, consumer goods, manufacturing and insurance. In addition to coaching, Tim has led senior teams through strategic planning and visioning, accelerating successful change and instilling lean principles into professional environments.
