Position Summary
The Bailey Group (TBG) is entering an exciting season of growth, and we’re looking for a Principal Consultant to help shape what comes next. For more than 35 years, we’ve partnered with CEOs, executive teams, and high-potential leaders because we believe organizations don’t change until people do. Our work is helping leaders create the kind of lasting behavior change that builds healthier organizations and stronger business results.
Perhaps you’re at a point in your career where you’re asking yourself, “What’s next?”
You’ve spent years earning trust, building meaningful relationships, creating the kind of lasting behavior change that transforms organizations, and building a reputation that opens doors. Now you’re looking for a place where you can multiply your impact without losing the entrepreneurial spirit that got you here.
If this feels like the next chapter you’ve been looking for, we’d love to talk.
As a Principal Consultant at The Bailey Group, you’ll bring the relationships, reputation, and perspective you’ve spent years building and pair them with a team that’s deeply committed to helping leaders, teams, and organizations thrive. You’ll have the freedom to continue building your practice while benefiting from the strength of an established brand, trusted colleagues who genuinely enjoy winning together, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a firm that’s just getting started on its next chapter.

- Prioritize strategic, key-account longer term relationships over one-off or transactional deals
- Bring and leverage your existing book of business to accelerate early revenue generation
Sales Process & Relationship Management
- Own the sales process from first conversation through close, understanding client needs deeply before proposing solutions

Brand Representation & Network Building
- Represent TBG in the marketplace through networking events and professional affiliations across the Twin Cities and broader Midwest
- Serve as a public representative of the firm as appropriate – speaking engagements, panels, and firm-hosted events

- Maintain and deliver services to a select number of accounts
- Exhibit TBG values in all interactions with clients
- Leverage internal administrative and resourcing support
