Kaylee Thomsen embarked on her successful career journey at The Bailey Group in 2014, steadily advancing through various roles, including Director of Finance, Operations, and Administration, and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming the role of President in January of 2023 and becoming Partner in February 2024. Throughout her tenure, Kaylee has demonstrated a strong track record of effectively leading strategy and execution and has been instrumental in fostering a culture of operational excellence and human-centric values at The Bailey Group. In her capacity as Partner and President, Kaylee focuses on internal company operations, overseeing five key business functions: Finance, Operations and Human Resources; Product and Inclusion; Sales and Marketing; and Service Delivery and Quality. Her core responsibilities include partnering with the CEO on the company’s vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring operational effectiveness, engaging with the Board of Directors, resolving cross-functional challenges, achieving P&L targets, and overseeing the Executive Leadership Team to ensure accountability and sustainable growth.
