Meet Laura! With 15 years of experience in customer service and office administration, Laura Kenney is a key contributor to The Bailey Group’s smooth and efficient operations. As the Manager of Accounting and HR, Laura ensures that both front office and back-office functions run seamlessly, creating a welcoming environment for clients and team members alike.

Laura’s career has been guided by her dedication to balancing work and family, selecting roles that supported this balance, which ultimately led her to The Bailey Group. As the first remote staff member working from Colorado, she takes pride in her adaptability and commitment to the team, maintaining strong connections and fostering collaboration.
