Lydia’s role at The Bailey Group reflects her dedication to a purposeful mission, shaped by her upbringing in a hardworking farming family and her pursuit of a career that aligns with her core values.

After graduating from Bethel University with a BS in Psychology, Lydia connected deeply with The Bailey Group’s authentic culture and joined with gratitude for the impact she can make. Outside of work, she volunteers with Team Women, EveryMeal, and serves on her church’s welcome team, all while actively contributing to The Bailey Group’s DEIB committee. Known for her infectious positivity and genuine approach, Lydia is an invaluable part of The Bailey Group’s community and culture.
