Alexa Crawford Packett is the Director of Administration at The Bailey Group, where she leads the Shared Infrastructure Services team across HR, Finance, and Operations, ensuring the organization’s strategic goals are seamlessly supported. A true advocate for organizational excellence, Alexa brings a meticulous, resourceful approach to her role, focusing on enhancing efficiency and optimizing internal processes. Her efforts allow The Bailey Group’s Consultants and Advisors to focus on their core mission: coaching.

Throughout her career, Alexa has taken on roles dedicated to supporting others’ growth, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring seamless operations. A key career highlight for Alexa was her appointment as Treasurer of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Minnesota Board, underscoring her financial expertise and dedication to impactful leadership. Alexa holds a BS degree from the University of St. Thomas, double major in Education and Psychology.
