Ann Houser is the CEO of The Bailey Group and a driving force in leadership development, with over three decades of experience dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. As CEO, Ann leads the firm with a bold vision and steady hand, guiding the strategic direction of the business while continuing to coach C-suite executives through complex challenges. Her coaching focuses on leadership development, board relationships, succession planning, talent development, and self-care practices rooted in personal values and mindfulness.
Ann specializes in helping leaders balance visionary thinking with operational demands, encouraging them to embrace their unique leadership journey and cultivate a holistic leadership style grounded in trust, authenticity, and impact. Her approach empowers leaders to lead with purpose and presence—personally and professionally.
In addition to serving on The Bailey Group’s Board of Directors, Ann is a Founding Board Member of Coaching for Justice, a former Minnesota Private College Council Executive Committee Member, and past President of the International Coaching Federation of Minnesota (ICF). She holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Olaf College, a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and coaching certifications from the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation.
