The Bailey Group Announces Ann Houser as New CEO

Minneapolis, MN — January 31, 2025 — The Bailey Group, a premier leadership development and executive coaching firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Houser as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Houser brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, and organizational development, positioning The Bailey Group for continued growth and success in the evolving business landscape.

Through her distinguished career, Houser has held senior leadership roles with some of Minnesota’s most prominent corporations including IBM, General Mills and Medtronic.  She is a former president of the International Coaching Federation of Minnesota and a founding board member of Coaching for Justice.  Her expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business strategy aligns seamlessly with The Bailey Group’s mission to empower leaders and teams to achieve their full potential.
