Meet Anja

Anja White has held roles as C-Suite Executive, President and General Manager in high-tech contract manufacturing companies primarily in the medical device component industries. She has deep experience leading public and private organizations, ranging from start-up to multi-national environments, through challenges and opportunities. Her experiences of owning significant P&L responsibilities, developing customer partnerships rooted in trust and focused mutual success, and motivation to inspire people to stretch beyond their boundaries has allowed Anja and her teams to consistently deliver on promised objectives and exceed expectations.

Anja’s business acumen, pragmatism, laser focused execution and intuitive leadership have been valued by colleagues and clients alike. Anja has developed a reputation as the person to turn to in times of organizational turmoil and for her ability to execute challenging and complex change.
