Meet Janet

Janet is a dynamic and seasoned senior leader and coach with a proven track record of delivering strong organizational results while simultaneously developing talent.  She has over 30 years of experience coaching individuals and small and large cross-functional global teams.  Her practice of creating environments that generate out-of-the-box ideas and better outcomes has contributed to her success in developing diverse and high-performing teams. Part of her passion for mentoring leaders and teams involves building an agility mindset that can adapt to change and deliver on organizational goals while growing and having fun.    

Janet also enjoys helping organizations cultivate talent and improve retention with an eye to creating a pipeline of next-generation leaders.   Through her years of mentoring and sponsorship, Janet has helped many high-potential individuals become more self-aware, build relationships across the organization, grow their business acumen, develop pragmatic solutions, and move forward on their leadership journey.
