Meet Ann

For over three decades Ann Houser has been a catalyst for developing leadership talent, competence, skill and capacity.  With expertise honed at three blue chip, Fortune 400 companies in the medical device, high technology and consumer packaged goods industries, Ann created pragmatic programs supporting leaders in achieving aggressive business goals in competitive market environments. 

Whether working with C-Suite, Business Unit or Non-Profit executives, Ann is adept at creating customized, outcome focused coaching that aligns with company values, strategy and culture.  With astute listening and analytical skills, she provides an integrated framework, clear accountability and meaningful feedback accelerating individual and team performance. Ann’s personal experience in executive leadership roles, coupled with her collegial and transparent style, enables her to quickly build rapport and trust.  She sits on the Minnesota Private College Council Board, is the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Minnesota President-Elect and a member of Coaching for Justice. Ann is an avid runner, cyclist, traveler, parent and dog owner.
