Meet Cathy
Cathy brings more than 30 years of operational, strategic planning and senior leadership experience to The Bailey Group. In her previous roles as Regional President and Chief Operating Officer for a large integrated health care system, Cathy led people, programs, and processes. She has extensive experience in redesigning and aligning care delivery to respond to rapidly changing dynamics in the health care system and community. Cathy has provided consulting services and strategic advisory services for several emerging companies and done extensive coaching and mentoring. One of her greatest sources of joy was the extensive coaching and mentoring she did for individuals inside and outside of her organization with a focus on their growth and development and reaching their highest potential to bringing joy and passion to their life.
