Kate Schaefers brings unique experience and specialties to The Bailey Group. She coaches clients who are in transition, whether it be to a new role, a new organization, or a new career entirely. In fact, Kate is a founding member of a local nonprofit that helps people transition into new careers in the second half of their lives. She also specializes in the higher education and nonprofit sectors and helps organizations maximize today’s multigenerational employee demographics for success.
