Vicki Turnquist

Meet Vicki

Vicki Turnquist is the retired president and CEO of Private Bank Minnesota, which she founded and led for more than 18 years. She helped the bank grow to $175 million in assets before successfully leading the transition of the organization to new ownership in 2014. Being at the helm of her own organization for nearly two decades is what makes Vicki such an effective CEO advisor for The Bailey Group. She has a firsthand appreciation for the challenges a CEO faces, and a successful track record in growing a business from the ground up.

In her years as a banker Vicki learned to quickly grasp the strategic, competitive and financial factors in varied types of business. She has extensive experience working with business owners, CEOs, and CFOs acting as a resource and partner.

Bringing 20+ years of experience serving on boards – both for-profit and nonprofit – Vicki has navigated the highly-regulated world of banking and can translate that experience across multiple industries. Vicki continues to hone her skills by actively serving on boards and providing leadership coaching.
