With a career spanning higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, he guides leaders through complex challenges, conflict resolution, and team performance, while fostering cultures rooted in accountability, inclusion, and purpose.

Passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Eric explores how race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and age influence leadership and team dynamics. His coaching blends practical expertise with empathy, helping leaders step confidently into their full potential while creating environments where people and teams can flourish.

Eric holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Education from Colorado State University.
