Barb Krantz Taylor, MA, LP

With over 30 years of experience, Barb Krantz Taylor is a psychologist and executive coach recognized for transforming leaders and teams by fostering clarity, alignment, and performance. Her journey in psychology began in high school, where her fascination with people’s motivations sparked a career dedicated to helping others uncover their strengths. From early roles as a career counselor to serving as Director of Employee Career Enrichment at the University of Minnesota, Barb developed a deep expertise in career and personal development, specializing in aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals.
As a Senior Consultant at The Bailey Group, Barb works with executives and high-potential leaders across healthcare, finance, higher education, and nonprofits, focusing on authentic, growth-centered transformation. Guided by principles of integrity and a commitment to “repairing the world,” Barb brings a tailored approach through certifications in Hogan and Myers-Briggs assessments, fostering lasting impact in individual and team success. Outside of work, she volunteers with her therapy dog, Fire, at Gillette Children’s Hospital and serves on the board of Black Business Enterprises. Barb holds a BS in Psychology from Iowa State University and an MA in Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a licensed psychologist in Minnesota.
