Cathy Barr has been a catalyst for leadership transformation and a fearless advocate in the healthcare sector for over three decades. Starting her career as a bedside nurse and home health nurse in underserved neighborhoods, these early experiences fueled her passion for bringing sustainable change to healthcare, prompting her transition to the business side of the industry. At the core of Cathy’s mission is a strong commitment to fostering leadership excellence and engaging in work that serves her community. As a strategic advisor to prominent organizations, Cathy specializes in facilitating mergers and acquisitions, guiding boards of directors, and enhancing patient care delivery systems. Her strategic skills, operational excellence, and business acumen have significantly bolstered the success of numerous large-scale enterprises.

In her engagements with senior and emerging leaders, Cathy’s primary objective is to empower them to leverage their strengths, cultivate executive presence, define clear goals and career aspirations, and leave with a profound understanding of their personal brand and desired legacy. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Niagara University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
