Myron Lowe is a transformational leadership coach and consultant with over 20 years of executive leadership and coaching experience. He has coached leaders across various sectors, including corporate, healthcare, higher education, government, and nonprofit. With an extensive background in psychology, applied learning, natural systems, and trauma-informed leadership, Myron brings a distinctive offering to executive coaching. In today’s workplaces, characterized by constant disruptions and emerging issues, along with people’s growing concern about the significance of their work, it is vital for leaders to be personally prepared and ready to address inherent complexities in the context of learning and opportunities for everyone. Myron engages leaders to gain a clearer and deeper understanding of their leadership from both inner and outer perspectives, including the impact of personal trauma on resilience. He offers a supportive space for growth and exploration, deepening their capacity for resourceful responses to imperatives and opportunities. Myron holds a master’s degree in educational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in environmental programming from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
