Presently, Tom’s career is multifaceted, serving as Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Vail Scientific LLC, as well as holding roles as Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Coach and Consultant at The Bailey Group. With over four decades of global experience, Tom brings a unique blend of analytical acumen, creative problem-solving prowess, and exceptional communication skills to his executive coaching engagements. Tom’s extensive experience includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Licensing, P&L, Corporate Strategy and Planning, and Talent Management. He has collaborated across an array of industries, including agriculture, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, medical devices and banking.
