Throughout his extensive career journey, Eric has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to fostering inclusive environments, spanning nonprofit and higher education sectors. Managing dual roles at The Bailey Group, Eric serves as a grounding force. In his capacity as Director of Service Delivery, he ensures top-tier clients are matched to coaches who can optimize impact and propel their organizations forward. Additionally, as a Senior Executive Coach and Consultant, Eric extends his expertise across higher education and nonprofit, and has a strong desire to expand his practice to support service providers in healthcare. Eric excels in guiding leaders through modern workplace challenges. He specializes in fostering high-performance teams and enhancing employee engagement, navigating conflict resolution with empathy and sensibility, and helping organizations define clear and measurable goals while cultivating a culture of accountability in the performance evaluation process. Eric is passionate about the transformative power of DEIB, and is continuously learning about how issues of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and age influence and inform how individuals and teams function in the workplace. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Education from Colorado State University.
