Meet Anja! She brings her vibrant energy and wealth of experience to The Bailey Group, following a stellar career in the high-tech manufacturing industry. Anja infuses wisdom, unique insights, and immense passion to her leadership coaching engagements, and finds deep fulfillment in witnessing the transformative power of coaching. She is uplifted by watching her clients light up as they discover new solutions and pursue their goals. As an executive coach, Anja has worked nationally and globally with leaders in start-ups, family-owned enterprises, and global Fortune 500 companies, in both public and private sectors. While she spent most of her career in the medical devices and tech industries, she also coaches clients in healthcare, construction, consulting, and not-for-profit industries. Anja’s coaching approach is characterized by deep curiosity, the courage to respectfully challenge the status quo, and the strategic use of silence to foster introspection. Anja crafts custom strategies that foster growth, effectiveness, and improved business outcomes by deeply understanding the leader’s operating context, taking into account their unique intersectionalities and motivations. Her business acumen, laser-focused execution, and intuitive leadership have been recognized by colleagues and clients alike, establishing her as the go-to person during times of organizational turmoil and complex change. Anja holds a BA from Augsburg University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She has also earned various coaching certifications from prestigious training programs, including the Co-Active Training Institute, Private Directors Association, National Association of Corporate Directors, Hogan Assessments, National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and the International Coaching Federation. Anja is bilingual and speaks German fluently.
