Jeff Brown has a remarkable 40-year career spanning corporate leadership and non-profit advocacy, dedicated to global and local positive change. His expertise encompasses corporate responsibility, disaster relief, environmental action, and healthcare sustainability, with a particular passion for advancing environmental causes and advocating for adults with intellectual disabilities. Notably, during his tenure at Chiquita Banana North America and Chiquita Banana International, he managed a vast global supply chain and addressed social, environmental, and labor challenges. Inspired by his experiences, he founded a European company promoting social and environmental practices. Transitioning to non-profit sectors, Jeff focuses on nurturing organizational culture, aligning missions with goals, and coaching leaders to address challenges. As an executive coach and consultant at The Bailey Group, one of his primary goals is to extend the invaluable expertise of The Bailey Group to a wider range of nonprofit organizations, drawing from his own firsthand experience as a client who benefited greatly from their services. Jeff’s leadership is characterized by integrity, compassion, and expertise in navigating complex issues.
