Jeff Brown brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors, combining executive coaching expertise with a lifelong commitment to creating positive change. His career spans corporate responsibility, disaster relief, environmental action, and healthcare sustainability, with a special passion for advancing environmental causes and advocating for adults with intellectual disabilities.

At Chiquita Banana North America and Chiquita Banana International, Jeff managed a vast global supply chain and addressed complex social, environmental, and labor challenges. Those experiences inspired him to found a European company dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices. Transitioning into the nonprofit sector, Jeff has focused on strengthening organizational culture, aligning missions with measurable goals, and coaching executives to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Today, as an executive coach and consultant at The Bailey Group, Jeff integrates his corporate acumen with nonprofit insight to help leaders navigate challenges, build strong teams, and drive lasting impact. Having experienced firsthand the value of coaching as a client of The Bailey Group, he is dedicated to extending that same transformative expertise to more nonprofit organizations and mission-driven leaders.
