Sal Mondelli is a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience spanning corporate, startup, and nonprofit sectors. Known for his strategic acumen and transformative leadership, Sal has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering sustainable results. As an Executive Coach and Consultant with The Bailey Group, he provides tailored guidance to CEOs, board members, and senior leaders on succession planning, board alignment, and executive coaching. Sal is celebrated for his approachable and passionate coaching style, empowering leaders to build resilient, high-performing teams while fostering cultures of accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Sal’s career began as a U.S. Naval Officer, followed by 30 years in the technology sector, where he held leadership roles including running a $600M business for IBM and serving as CEO and President of private startups with international operations in 50 countries. Beyond his executive roles, Sal is an experienced board member and advisor. He currently serves as Board Chair at Structures, Inc., Lead Independent Director at Civil Solutions, and is an active member of the Private Directors Association’s Executive Committee. Sal holds a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
