Jim McDermid, MA

Executive Coach and HR Consultant
"Great leadership is the ability to align, inspire and develop people around an inspiring shared purpose. When things go well, Great Leaders look out the window and point out the people that made things go well; but when things go bad, they look in the mirror and ask themselves what could I have done better. Self awareness, resilience, empathy & passion are key traits of great leadership. I help Leaders develop these traits, and guide them to look out the window, and when necessary, look in the mirror. "
